At CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026, Komatsu unveiled a new wave of Smart Construction solutions, highlighting its push toward fully connected and data-driven job sites.

At the core of the ecosystem is Smart Construction Dashboard, a cloud-based platform that creates a 3D digital twin of construction sites using design files, drone data and as-built machine information. The system enables real-time progress tracking, visualization and more accurate decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Komatsu also introduced Smart Construction Dashboard Mobile, extending key insights beyond the office to the field. The app allows users to monitor cut-and-fill volumes, measure areas and access project data on site.

On the hardware side, Smart Construction 3D Machine Guidance Flex enables fast installation on mixed fleets, adding guidance and data capture capabilities to a wide range of machines. Meanwhile, Smart Construction Edge, an RTK base station, allows on-site drone data processing, reducing the need for ground control points on smaller projects.

With the new Smart Construction Advantage package, Komatsu integrates multiple applications into a more cost-effective solution, further enhancing connectivity, efficiency and collaboration across modern construction operations.
