On July 13, 2026, we welcomed customers from Ecuador. The clients had previously placed an order for an excavator, which is now ready for delivery. While they were in China, they expressed interest in XCMG loaders and requested to visit the factory for machine inspection and a hands-on review of several popular loader models.

Before the visit, we confirmed the customers' itinerary and prepared all relevant product materials and technical documents in advance to ensure a smooth experience.

On the day of the visit, we picked up the customers at the airport and escorted them to the factory. We conducted a thorough inspection of their excavator and then viewed several best-selling XCMG loader models. In the afternoon, we held detailed discussions on loader configurations and pricing. Afterwards, we sent the customers back to the airport for their onward journey.

After the visit, we are now updating the pricing for the loaders the customers are interested in. Our team will continue to follow up closely to support their decision-making and facilitate the next order.
