Before the visit, Lottie carefully communicated with the customer to confirm the travel schedule and prepared relevant product materials to ensure an efficient meeting. The customer first contacted us through Alibaba in April and arrived in China in early May. During the visit, Lottie accompanied the customer to inspect several factories and machinery models.

The customer expressed overall satisfaction with the machine quality and performance. Meanwhile, he raised several detailed requirements regarding machine configuration. Our team promptly coordinated with suppliers and confirmed that all requested specifications could be met.

After the visit, Lottie continued to follow up by verifying the final machine configuration and preparing the Proforma Invoice (PI), laying a solid foundation for future cooperation.
