The Rookie Competition has officially begun. To help this year's newcomers prepare more effectively, GOLDZIM held an experience-sharing session, inviting colleagues who competed last year to pass their hands-on experience on to the new participants.

At the session, last year's contestants walked through their competition journeys one by one, covering preparation pace, key milestones, common pitfalls, and mindset adjustment. There was no empty talk—just real, practical insights. The newcomers listened attentively, occasionally raising their hands to ask questions, and both sides engaged in in-depth discussions. The atmosphere was relaxed yet lively.

After the sharing session, the team moved straight into preparation mode. Everyone mapped out their own competition plans based on what they had learned, cheering each other on and offering encouragement. The atmosphere was intense yet energizing. The newcomers said that with the experience of their predecessors paving the way, they felt more confident—and now it was time to charge ahead with full force.
