17On February 2, 2026, our sales representative Betty Chen received a Brazilian client who is seeking crawler cranes and other construction machinery. This was a long-term communication customer, and the meeting was arranged in China coinciding with their business trip, providing a valuable opportunity to further demonstrate our company’s strength and capabilities.
Prior to the visit, we carefully confirmed the client’s itinerary, arranged airport pickup and transportation, and prepared relevant product materials and company introductions. During the meeting, both sides held in-depth discussions on equipment specifications, configurations, and shipping and logistics details, ensuring a clear understanding of project requirements.
After the meeting, we hosted the client for lunch to strengthen mutual trust and relationship building, and then safely transferred them back to the hotel. We sincerely appreciate the strong support from our colleague Ethan throughout the entire reception process. After the visit, we organized all required follow-up documents and continue maintaining close communication for next steps.
