The client initially discovered us through Made-in-China.com (MIC) and later connected with us via WhatsApp for further inquiries. During the early communication stage, the client showed strong interest in purchasing construction equipment, including backhoe loaders and excavators. Specifically, inquiries were made regarding the XCMG XC870K, as well as several truck models.
Our team maintained consistent follow-ups and professional communication, building trust and understanding the client’s requirements. Upon learning that the client planned to visit China in January, we proactively coordinated the visit schedule and prepared detailed product materials in advance.
During the visit, we arranged a comprehensive factory tour at XCMG, allowing the client to gain firsthand insight into the manufacturing process, product quality, and technological capabilities. After the factory visit, we ensured a smooth and comfortable experience by accompanying the client back to their hotel.
