On April 8, 2026, our sales representative, Simon Zhang, warmly received a customer from Ecuador who was interested in purchasing a 20-ton excavator. After understanding the customer’s requirements, Simon recommended XCMG excavators and provided detailed product information.

Following the model selection discussion, the customer requested a company and factory visit and arranged for their colleague in China to attend on their behalf. Simon carefully coordinated the visit, introduced our company profile, answered questions about our business, and accompanied the customer’s representative to inspect the machines at the factory.
