On May 31, when we submitted a detailed offer to this client,
their terminal department immediately expressed strong interest and intention.
However, since this is the first cooperation between our two sides, the
client decided to visit our factory in China in person to make
sure the cooperation goes smoothly and we get a deeper understanding of our actual
operation, to fully evaluate our production capacity and company
strength.
To welcome the client's arrival, we had close communication with the
factory in advance to ensure that everything was ready. On May 30th, our team
went to Shanghai, received the customer on time, and started a three-day
investigation trip. On the second day, we accompanied the client; to visit
the modern production workshop and introduced our production line and process
flow in detail. On the third day, we took clients to the factory of XCMG to
further show our strength in the field of heavy machinery. Then we went back to
Cheongshi, where the company is headquartered.
As the client's schedule is very tight, we quickly arranged a meeting with the client on June 1st. In the company meeting room, we discussed the specific details of the order and gave detailed answers and solutions to the client's concerns and problems. To let the client feel our sincerity and enthusiasm, we specially prepared a beautiful gift and invited the client to have dinner after the meeting. At the dinner table, we once again promised our clients that we would do our best to ensure that we would not disappoint them.
