This past July 6, we at GOLDZIM proudly celebrated our seventh anniversary, with all of us coming together to mark this significant milestone. It was a moment for us to look back on how far we have come, and to look ahead with excitement to where we are headed next.

That afternoon, we treated the team to a relaxing tea break with cakes, milk tea, fruit, and pizza—a small but welcome pause from our usual busy routines. Over the years, we have stood by each other through every challenge and triumph, and our shared commitment and dedication have been the backbone of GOLDZIM. To the sound of warm applause, we cut our custom-made seventh-anniversary cake together, and that moment truly brought our celebration to life.

We kept the event simple and skipped the formalities—because we wanted every single person to feel they were part of something genuine. Some of us grabbed our milk tea and fruit and headed back to our desks to keep working; others stayed a little longer to chat and catch up with colleagues. To our surprise, this open, no-pressure format actually drew more people in, making the celebration feel all the more natural and inclusive.

Once the tea break was over, we each returned to our workstations and carried on with the day's tasks. And honestly, that's just how we do things in the Qingdao team—straightforward, no fuss, and always moving forward.

Many of our colleagues shared that the event helped them recharge and left them feeling more driven. Seven years are behind us, but the road ahead stretches far beyond. Everything we have built over these years serves as a solid foundation for what is yet to come. Our hope is that we all maintain this energy and keep delivering great results in the days and years ahead.
