Beijing, June 2026 – GOLDZIM’s annual corporate retreat set off as scheduled this June, embarking on a three-day journey themed “Temple of Heaven & Universal Thrills.” The carefully curated itinerary offered team members a welcome respite from their busy work schedules, blending cultural exploration with boundless entertainment—and, above all, strengthening the bonds of camaraderie that unite the GOLDZIM family.

Day 1: Among Red Walls and Hutong Alleys
The adventure began at the Lama Temple (Yonghegong), a revered Buddhist sanctuary that once served as the imperial residence of Emperor Yongzheng over three centuries ago. With its striking red walls, golden glazed tiles, and the gentle haze of Tibetan incense, the temple stands as one of Beijing’s most vibrant places of worship. Here, the team paused to offer blessings and soak in the solemn tranquility of Tibetan Buddhist culture.

As dusk fell, the group wandered through Nanluoguxiang, one of Beijing’s best-preserved hutong districts. Amidst grey brick walls, aged stone doorways, and centuries-old trees, the alleyways exuded the timeless charm of old Beijing. From savory local snacks to quirky souvenir shops and timeworn facades, every step evoked nostalgia, and every corner told a story.

Day 2: Universal Studios – Joy Without Borders
The second day was devoted to a full-throttle adventure at Universal Beijing Resort. From the high-octane Transformers Metrobase to the spellbinding Wizarding World of Harry Potter; from the prehistoric thrills of Jurassic World to the explosive stunts of the WaterWorld show—the team was immersed in a world of cinematic wonder. The ancient Chinese ambiance of Kung Fu Panda Land of Awesomeness and the playful charm of Minion Land added delightful variety, ensuring that every attraction brought laughter and excitement to all.

Day 3: Temple of Heaven – A Grand Finale
On the final day, the group visited the Temple of Heaven, the magnificent sacrificial complex where Ming and Qing emperors once performed annual rites to heaven. The Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests, the Echo Wall, and the Circular Mound Altar stood in solemn grandeur, their ancient architecture resonating with millennia of cultural heritage. It was a serene and profound conclusion to a journey filled with vibrancy and wonder.

Three Days, Lifelong Memories
Though the trip lasted but three days, its impressions will linger far longer. From the imperial red walls to the magic of cinema, from the rustic hutong life to the imperial altars of heaven, every team member carried home not only laughter and emotion but also a deeper, unspoken understanding among colleagues.

As the GOLDZIM team looks ahead, these shared moments will serve as a wellspring of unity and inspiration. Until our next adventure—may the journey continue, and the story grow ever brighter.
