On January 8, 2026, sales representative Liya Zhang received a client from France.Initially, the client was interested in purchasing an excavator. During the communication process, we learned that the client also had a demand for a tractor. After providing the quotation and product details, the client expressed interest in visiting the tractor factory.

Once the visit schedule was confirmed, Liya Zhang, accompanied by colleague Mira, guided the client on a factory tour. During the visit, the client test-drove the tractor and confirmed the final configuration. Satisfied with the product and service, the client paid the deposit on-site.
