Recently, SDLG officially joined hands with its new dealer partner TEKHAF to hold a grand flagship store opening ceremony in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Under the theme “BUILDING TOMORROW TOGETHER,” the event marks a new step in SDLG’s strategic expansion across the East African construction machinery market.

As one of Ethiopia’s leading local enterprises, TEKHAF has strong business capabilities and extensive industry experience. The company is not only one of the country’s major agricultural exporters, but also has nearly 10 years of experience in agricultural machinery operations. In addition, TEKHAF owns Ethiopia’s first modern aluminum alloy wire factory, demonstrating strong industrial strength and local influence.

A key highlight of this cooperation is that TEKHAF has become SDLG’s first dealer in Africa to adopt a CRM customer management system. Through digitalized and standardized operations, local customers will benefit from more efficient service processes, faster response times, and an improved customer experience.
