We are committed to stable pricing to ensure customer satisfaction, but adjustments may be necessary due to significant fluctuations in the USD-RMB exchange rate or increases in labor and raw material costs that affect factory pricing.

We primarily use sea freight for about 80% of our shipments, delivering construction machinery via container or RoRo/Bulk to major regions including Africa, South America, the Middle East, Oceania, and Southeast Asia. For neighboring inland countries such as Russia, Mongolia, and Central Asian nations, we transport machines by road or railway. In urgent cases requiring light spare parts, we arrange fast delivery through international couriers like DHL, TNT, UPS, or FedEx.

We are experienced in international trade and can handle all INCOTERMS 2010. Our standard terms include FOB, CFR, CIF, CIP, and DAP.

Our team consists of dedicated and proactive individuals who work around the clock to promptly address any inquiries or concerns from our clients. We aim to resolve most issues within 8 hours, while manufacturers and factories may take much longer to respond.

Usually, we can provide our clients with prompt delivery of standard machines within 7 days. This is possible because we have extensive resources to check our stock of machines locally and nationwide and to ensure timely delivery. However, for manufacturers or factories, producing ordered machines may take more than 30 days.

We provide a 12-month or 2000-hour warranty for exported machines. During this period, defective parts due to material or workmanship under normal operation will be repaired or replaced free of charge at our discretion. We reserve the right to assess if the defect qualifies under warranty or stems from excluded factors.
